Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in inventory management, demand planning, or allocation planning.
• Experience with promotional products, samples, or high-velocity items is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of inventory best practices and supply chain optimization.
• Experience managing high-value or limited-edition items.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute allocation strategies for inventory management.
• Analyze sales forecasts, historical trends, and product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with teams for product launches and sample requests.
• Monitor inventory metrics and report potential stock issues.
• Ensure alignment between demand forecasts and inventory plans.
• Work with procurement to optimize orders and manage lead times.
• Analyze inventory performance and report findings to leadership.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track product availability.
