Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience focused on developer tools, APIs, integrations, or extensibility.
• Prior experience as a software engineer with a solid understanding of SDLC.
• Experience building API-driven platforms, custom SDKs, and developer ecosystems.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and custom micro-apps.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and integration security.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with third-party integrations, including common applications.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining key KPIs.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Integrations & Extensibility team to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Ensure integrations with enterprise applications and customer flexibility.
• Build frameworks for customer-developed integrations and micro-apps.
• Create API management solutions, SDKs, and developer portals.
• Translate customer use cases into product requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design for scalability and performance.
• Define metrics for measuring success in integrations and tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert on integrations and tools.
