Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
• 8+ years of experience developing high performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience in Kubernetes and Containers.
• Ability to communicate technical information to various audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Continuous learner with a strong drive for excellence.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Strong experience with software development processes and engineering design concepts.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images, helping customers build securely with open source software across their organization.
• Partner with the account team to understand customer vision, pain points, and proposed solutions to drive account strategies.
• Ensure quality of Chainguard Images, acting as 'customer zero' for testing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
