  • Participate in customer sales cycles to build rapport and understand project scope.
  • Transition customers smoothly from sales to project delivery.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure appropriate project staffing.
  • Act as a thought leader for customers, driving impactful outcomes.
  • Manage a team of individuals, ensuring alignment with development goals.
  • Drive internal initiatives focused on innovation in solution delivery.
  • Contribute to leadership efforts and advocate for the NeuraFlash brand.
  • Travel up to 50% for projects and company events.
