Data Lead

Requirements:

• MSc degree or higher in data science or equivalent from a leading university.
• Confident in architecting highly efficient, scalable data pipelines.
• Expertise in Python and associated data science libraries (e.g Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras...) and modern data pipeline frameworks such as Dagster, dbt.
• Strong exposure designing and implementing data science models leading to competitive advantages.
• Proficiency in leveraging automation tools.
• Experience communicating with non-technical staff such as product manager, clinicians, operational staff, and management.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership and leadership for Little Journey’s data strategy and implementation of data driven projects.
• Identify valuable data sources and automate the collection process, embedding this into all Little Journey products.
• Hands-on building of models to address business and product challenges.
• Build and lead an efficient and autonomous data team.
• Creating a Data Architecture and tech stack that aligns with the data roadmap.
• Bringing fresh initiatives by putting the right data tooling in place.
• Security and compliance management.
