Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead generation and management of the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Drive prospect conversion rates and increase the number of prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed closing rates and the number of deals closed.
  • Manage and optimize average deal size and booked revenue.
  • Meet incremental quarterly revenue targets and overall company revenue goals.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Identify and assist with lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Directly contribute to sales by actively engaging in selling activities and closing deals.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team as the business warrants, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Develop annual sales plans in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • Partner with Customer Success to leverage insights and actions to drive growth.
