Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in account management or client leadership roles within the software or technology industry, including at least 5 years in leadership positions.
• Proven track record managing Enterprise accounts and driving retention and renewal strategies.
• Experience in leading high-performing account management teams and communicating effectively with technical and financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics; familiarity with Monday.com and Confluence preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a high-functioning account management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead the daily customer experience by building confidence and loyalty among customers.
• Drive retention and renewal of Enterprise accounts through upselling and contract negotiations.
• Analyze customer needs and provide strategic recommendations based on interactions.
• Develop and present quarterly business reviews and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
