Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in consumer product and interaction design.
• 5+ years of expertise in visual design, including typography and UI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing user experience and visual design skills.
• Highly organized with expert-level Figma skills.
• Experience working in dynamic, rapid-growth environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences according to Hello Heart UX guidelines.
• Improve existing UX flows and create new ones in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Design visuals such as illustrations and animations.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to define, design, and deliver products.
• Present design work effectively to the team and upper management.
• Drive quality and advocate for the user experience.
• Monitor tasks and progress in a remote environment.
