Payroll Service Specialist

Requirements:

• Associates Degree and 2+ years in an SHC Payroll Specialist role OR 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, TRM, UltraStaff, Great Plains.
• Detail-oriented and organized with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Successful completion of onboarding training and ongoing education required.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as positive representation of the payroll team.
• Respond to payroll service inquiries via phone and email.
• Research and resolve payroll issues for Field Talent.
• Process corrections and pay items in payroll systems.
• Manage time instrument requests and facilitate communication with facilities.
• Audit payroll entries and coach Talent and facilities on time tracking.
• Assist with pay/bill functions and provide necessary documents.
• Contribute to a supportive work environment.
