Requirements:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience and aptitude are also valued.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a similar hands-on technical role or demonstrable technical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with basic electrical and electronic schematics is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient with mechanical tools, meters, and electrical testing equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site preventive maintenance for robots and charging stations.
  • Manage and nurture on-site customer relationships, ensuring smooth robotic operations.
  • Troubleshoot and execute on-site repairs, including preparation and necessary equipment management.
  • Assist customers with handling non-hardware-related escalations on-site.
  • Analyze robot data to identify early signs of component degradation.
  • Complete service reports and manage support tickets in Salesforce.
  • Provide additional off-site technical support as required.
