Requirements:

• Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in AZ, CA, WA, MT and NV.
• Extensive clinical experience in medical practice beyond residency.
• Board-certified in Primary Care/Family Medicine or relevant specialization.
• Current DEA with no restrictions.
• Medicaid (preferred) and Medicare (required) enrolled.
• Experience with culturally diverse populations and ability to provide remote care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical program supervision and leadership on all aspects of care and programs nationally.
• Maintain updated medical records that document evaluations, medications, treatments, test results, and care gaps.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and optimize current care programs.
• Provide oversight to mid-levels and support team on patient care planning.
• Conduct clinically visits via telemedicine 80% of the time.
• Prescribe medications, perform Medication Reconciliation, and educate on health topics.
