Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years of sales experience with demonstrated account management and established customer relationships.
• Results-driven with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proven track record meeting sales goals with small to medium account responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Highly adaptable, positive, and resourceful team player.
• Innovative problem-solver with the ability to generate workable solutions.
• Flexible team player who can effectively prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities.
• Must travel more than 50% of the time.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects across various industries.
• Develop creative sales strategies to contact prospects and increase revenue.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with customers.
• Represent the eyewear line in all sales-oriented activities.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members to exceed sales targets.
• Apply innovative solutions to customer business problems.
• Maintain working knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate information.
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to relevant VSP divisions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and various VSP departments.
• Utilize sales automation systems to maintain records and prepare reports.
