Requirements:

• 2-3 years outbound sales experience preferably in the IT Industry.
• Proven track record in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Experience with web scraping and lead list building is essential.
• Familiarity with web scraping tools (e.g., Scrapy, Octoparse, or similar).
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain contact lists using web scraping tools.
• Make outbound calls to introduce products/services and secure appointments.
• Handle objections and effectively communicate value propositions.
• Track outreach efforts in CRM and follow up to nurture leads.
• Provide weekly reports on call metrics and appointments.
• Align outreach strategies with business leaders and suggest improvements.
• Identify warm leads for prioritization and assist with pre-meeting preparations.
