Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in Events, Field Marketing, or a related field at a fast-paced startup.
• Proven experience in Event production and management.
• Creative and solution-oriented problem solver.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in event management software and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with Vercel’s brand, products, and business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of events, including budgeting, logistics, programming, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Content, Demand Gen, Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Brand.
• Liaise with senior leadership to understand event goals and communicate progress.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors.
• Work with speakers and content creators to develop relevant event content.
• Innovate on attendee experience and leverage technology to engage audiences.
• Develop metrics to evaluate event success and provide post-event reports.
• Monitor industry trends to keep events cutting edge.
