Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating strategic planning initiatives and drafting strategic plans.
• Experience in public health or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, project management, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Familiarity with local public health frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Understanding of community health needs and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of existing public health programs and initiatives to identify strengths, opportunities, organizational capacity, and key support functions.
• Facilitate the development of long-term strategic plans that address public health priorities, incorporating data-driven insights and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with public health officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure inclusive participation in the planning process.
• Lead project management of strategic planning efforts, including defining project timelines, coordinating with partners, managing tasks, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Assist organizations in executing strategic plans, providing ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
• Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.
