Requirements:

Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and reach consensus on complex issues.
0-5 years of scheduling experience or experience in solar project development/construction.
Ability to apply scheduling techniques using scheduling software and perform analyses.
Strong customer support skills and effective written/verbal communication.
Solid understanding of commercial scheduling software like Primavera P6, MS Project, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains schedules for all assigned projects at AES Clean Energy.
Summarizes EPC project schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule and monitors schedule progression.
Explains schedule variances and prepares reports on schedule-related trends.
Communicates with project developers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure understanding of project outlook.
Supervises the development of project status reports and ensures accurate documentation.
Analyzes project requirements and ensures resources are available.
Modifies schedules as necessary and prepares reports reflecting accurate status.
Coordinates with all participants to ensure achievable and current plans.
