Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of sales experience with demonstrated account management and servicing skills.
• Results-driven with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Track record of meeting sales/revenue goals with small to medium accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in developing business-to-business relationships.
• Highly adaptable and resourceful team player.
• Innovative problem solver with flexible prioritization skills.
• Must travel more than 50% of the time.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and service Eyefinity’s products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects.
• Develop creative sales strategies to generate opportunities.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with customers.
• Represent the eyewear line in all sales activities.
• Work independently while leveraging team resources to exceed quotas.
• Apply innovative solutions to customers' business problems.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and new products.
• Communicate future customer requirements to relevant divisions.
• Act as a liaison between VSP departments and customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to address customer needs.
• Utilize sales automation systems for record keeping and reporting.
