Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in technical data engineering/data strategy management.
• SaaS experience and cloud native application expertise.
• Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Catalog, and Data Stewardship programs.
• Experience with cloud architecture, particularly using Databricks.
• Strong ability to influence and build partnerships across organizations.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred, and relevant certifications desired.

Responsibilities:

• Drive creation of data program roadmaps and execution plans for complex cross-organizational teams.
• Influence decisions by connecting strategy to business/technical outcomes.
• Lead execution in partnership with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analytics teams.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal and external resources.
• Identify program requirements and manage scope, resources, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of program scope and risks through effective communication.
• Quickly identify critical issues and drive them to closure.
• Navigate conflicts and promote understanding of different viewpoints.
• Effectively communicate program progress to various stakeholders.
