Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience in physical security assessments within global security organizations, consulting firms, or major corporations.
• 1+ years of experience in planning and conducting Red Team exercises, with a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with physical security technologies like access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Understanding of physical and operational security principles, defense-in-depth design, and incident management.
• Ability to produce quality deliverables including reports and professional presentation of findings.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility with work schedule and intensity, and ability to travel 50%+ on short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site physical intrusion Red Team assessments to test client’s security response plans.
• Interview various security stakeholders regarding operational security practices at facilities.
• Perform covert assessments of client's technical security infrastructures.
• Ensure findings are clearly presented for reliable analysis.
• Provide recommendations for security policies and practices.
• Maintain technical proficiency and enhance departmental templates and methodologies.
• Deliver high-quality reports to improve client relationships.
