Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or minimum two years of work/customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic analytical thinking and judgment/decision-making skills.
• Valid passport preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training for advancement to Claim Professional, Outside Property.
• Handles moderate severity and complexity 1st party property claims as assigned.
• Investigates and evaluates facts to determine coverage and damages.
• Establishes claim reserves and determines appropriate settlement amounts.
• Negotiates claim settlements and writes correspondence.
• Manages file inventory and ensures timely resolution of claims.
• Provides excellent customer service and identifies claims requiring special investigation.
• Performs administrative functions and may attend legal proceedings.
• Maintains company credit card and may require acquiring Insurance License.
