Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience or Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical thinking and judgment/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Completes required training which includes instruction, exposure, and preparation for progression to the next level.
• Handles 1st party property claims of moderate severity.
• Investigates and evaluates claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Establishes claim and expense reserves.
• Negotiates claim settlements and writes necessary correspondence.
• Manages file inventory and provides excellent customer service.
• Performs administrative functions and assists in various other claim areas as needed.
