Requirements:

• 3+ years of Solution or Pre-Sales Engineering experience, ideally supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise level customers.
• Ability to successfully solve complex technical business challenges using a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Excellent project management skills with the capability to prioritize effectively.
• Highly organized and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Directors to drive technical implementation and adoption for customers.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert for the entire AlertMedia platform.
• Proactively identify potential customer technical problems and provide detailed solutions.
• Guide customers through any necessary evaluation process.
• Document best practices to improve customer experience.
• Communicate cross-functionally with various teams to identify opportunities for advancement.
