Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills for presenting and engaging with industry leaders.
• Build relationships with Phillips partners to understand demand signals and assist business development.
• Strong CRM experience; D365 is a plus.
• 10 years or more of DoD business development experience.
• Previous high-level military experience is strongly preferred, with a Navy nuclear engineering background considered a plus.
• Ability to obtain access to military bases; current security clearance is a plus.
• Must be a US citizen to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth of the Additive Manufacturing business focused on the DoD and related commercial markets.
• Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities with DoD executives.
• Proactively identify and interpret demand signals from customers to solve problems before they arise.
• Collaborate to develop and present value propositions addressing customer needs.
• Utilize sales strategies to secure deals and exceed sales quotas.
