Requirements:
- Proven track record of quota outperformance within a SaaS organization.
- 4-10 years working in field sales for software companies focused on Digital Transformation, Agile PPM, ERP, BI, and/or other enterprise solutions.
- Experience in multi-channel, multi-product firms requiring bridge-building and partnering.
- Excellent business insight, understanding of value selling, ROI calculation, and strategic selling.
- Sales Certifications in Challenger, SPIN Selling and/or Certified Sales Executive preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a clear vision for New Logo Account acquisition for client segment/tier.
- Communicate regularly on funnel/account/tier status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes.
- Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Inside Sales, Marketing, Services, Support, Product Management, and Finance/Legal.
- Educate prospects on software benefits and guarantee success in global risk/supply chain transformations.
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Slack for effective collaboration.
