• Call center experience preferred, particularly inbound calls.
• Extensive computer use with experience in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent listening, telephone, and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to routine inquiries via inbound phone calls.
• Assesses the nature of the call and determines appropriate handling.
• Processes incoming facilities work order requests via phone and email.
• Asks probing questions to troubleshoot issues and dispatches work orders.
• Sets turn-around time expectations based on priority codes.
• Ensures accurate reporting and filing of documents.
• Identifies work order trends for team communication.
• Adheres to company policies and resolves concerns with team members.
