Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering or Business degree required; university program certificate, or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably within the Metals / Mechanical Power Transmission Industry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions in various forms.
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
Proven hands-on, resourceful, results-oriented mindset.
Strong presentation communication skills; customer-focused with a passion for customer success.
Ability and desire to frequently travel across North America as needed, ~50-75%.

Responsibilities:

Champions Regal Rexnord values; supports direct customers with technical product issues; helps grow market share through upselling.
Builds strategic relationships and business performance metrics for targeted customers.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Creates and sustains Sales Plans to meet or exceed business targets.
Works closely with AAMs and authorized representatives to support market success.
