Requirements:

• Proven experience collaborating with SMEs to develop online training.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of learning management systems.
• Visual design skills and experience with media creation software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience with Articulate 360, video production, and HTML/CSS.
• Awareness of digital accessibility standards.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong technical writing and script writing skills.
• Experience with knowledge base systems.
• Experience in education, healthcare, operations, and teletherapy is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop digital learning assets.
• Utilize instructional design principles to align content with learning objectives.
• Support and manage live learning events such as workshops and Town Halls.
• Manage the Learning Management System, ensuring accessibility and updates.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning experiences and analyze learner data.
• Partner with various departments to identify training needs and communicate project statuses.
• Stay updated with eLearning trends to enhance training solutions.
