Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, vendor management, and/or compounding pharmacies.
• Direct experience working on the business operations side of a pharmacy.
• Hands-on experience in a compounding pharmacy.
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a compounding pharmacy environment.
• Demonstrated success in reducing time to therapy and improving patient engagement.
• Strong experience in vendor management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure medication availability by managing relationships with pharmacy partners and addressing supply chain challenges.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to reduce time to treatment and improve patient outcomes.
• Oversee business operations to ensure financial success and growth.
• Manage operations with compounding pharmacy vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvements.
• Monitor medication approval processes to improve patient retention.
• Drive continuous improvement in patient experience and service metrics.
