Requirements:

• 3+ years of implementation experience with Workday.
• 10+ years managing ERP implementations across various industries.
• Must have Workday financials certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading and growing an ERP/Business Systems practice.
• Experience in requirements gathering, system setup, integration testing, and user training.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile ERP implementation methodologies.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter advisor and trusted executive partner to clients.
• Lead the delivery and management of client projects, contributing to solutions as needed.
• Support business development/sales efforts and craft solution proposals.
• Diagnose complex technical and business problems and uncover client needs.
• Network and build relationships with new clients and partners.
• Mentor junior colleagues, establishing career development goals.
• Represent company culture in continuous learning and team building.
