• Call center experience (inbound) preferred.
• Extensive computer use with experience in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent listening and telephone skills.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Delight members by handling incoming phone calls and completing research for personal services.
• Develop and enhance relationships with members to increase usage.
• Capture information accurately and update client systems.
• Promote brand loyalty through engaged conversation via phone and email.
• Provide feedback about member request trends to supervisor.
• Meet or exceed call center performance metrics and provide top-notch customer service.
