Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years of sales experience with proven account management and customer relationship skills.
• Results-driven planner with detail orientation.
• Demonstrated record of meeting sales/revenue goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to develop business-to-business relationships.
• Adaptable, resilient, and resourceful team player.
• Innovative problem-solver capable of generating solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities.
• Highly motivated self-starter with minimal supervision required.
• Must travel more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects in various industries.
• Develop creative sales strategies to create opportunities to sell products and increase revenue.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and prospective customers.
• Represent eyewear products in all sales activities.
• Work independently while leveraging team resources to exceed quota targets.
• Apply innovative ideas to address customer business problems.
• Maintain updated knowledge of products and services.
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to relevant departments.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure service levels are met.
• Utilize sales automation systems for inquiries, record maintenance, and report preparation.
