Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years of sales experience with demonstrated account management.
• Results-driven with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in developing business-to-business relationships.
• Adaptable, resilient, and open to new ideas.
• Resourceful team player with ability to build trusting relationships.
• Innovative problem-solver and exceptional listener.
• Must travel more than 50% of the time.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects.
• Develop creative sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with customers.
• Represent the eyewear line in all sales activities.
• Work independently while collaborating with teams to exceed quota targets.
• Apply innovative ideas to address customer business problems.
• Maintain knowledge of existing and new products and services.
• Communicate customer feedback to relevant VSP divisions.
• Act as a liaison between departments to meet service levels.
• Utilize sales automation systems for inquiries and record-keeping.
