Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• 6-8 years of experience in accounting for a US company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Relevant experience working with large data sets.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in pressure situations.
• Prior experience with Oracle Fusion preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research accounting issues in compliance with US GAAP.
• Oversee the Cash Management module in ERP, ensuring seamless reconciliation of bank statements and books.
• Manage the Fixed Assets module in ERP and maintain accurate records.
• Perform period end close procedures, including accrued expenses, prepaids, leases, fixed assets, allocations, capitalizations, accounts receivables, intangible assets, and GL accounts analysis.
• Perform in-depth GL account analysis and deliver flux report for operating expenses and balance sheet.
• Ensure compliance by assisting with state registration renewals, sales/use taxes, and other tax filings.
• Manage international subsidiary management account booking and coordinate local filings.
• Support monthly financial reporting, annual audits, and perform advanced financial analyses.
• Collaborate directly with the Controller on high-priority ad hoc projects.
