• 3-5+ years' experience as a business intelligence analyst or data analyst.
• Strong technical skills in querying data with SQL and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience performing analysis with Python and creating compelling data visualizations.
• Experience with health system clinical and/or revenue cycle data.
• Ability to connect analytics to business understanding.
• Ownership mindset to build and own features from start to finish.
• Versatile in dealing with ambiguity.
