Requirements:

• Experience with quote to cash systems including Salesforce, Workato, and NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of billing models, including SaaS subscription models.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting and ASC 606 principles.
• Experience in process improvements.
• Analytical skills with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer order forms into ERP system for accurate billing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with deals desk for accurate contractual terms representation.
• Manage daily operations of accounts receivable department including invoicing and cash application.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
• Serve as primary contact for billing issues.
• Prepare and review accounts receivable reports and reconciliations.
• Develop strategies for improving accounts receivable processes.
