Requirements:

• Must speak fluent American English.
• 3 years of successful business-to-business cold calling experience is required.
• High energy, great attitude, and relentless hard work are essential.
• Minimum education: associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
• Demonstrated ability to reach and secure meetings with decision makers.

Responsibilities:

• Make at least 100 calls to business executives in Texas.
• Speak to decision makers and schedule at least 3 qualified appointments weekly (preferably face-to-face).
• Build and maintain a warm database of 1300 prospects.
• Track all activities in HubSpot.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Qualify prospects based on clear criteria.
• Collaborate as a team player.
• Directly schedule meetings on the Outside Sales calendar.
• Provide progress reports against set goals.
