Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in any occupation involving Software Quality Assurance.
  • 8 years of experience in implementing Software QA and test processes, using Jira, and Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • 3 years of experience in Middleware and Web API testing, Project Delivery, and QA.
  • Experience with UI, Functional, Database, Accessibility, Load, and Performance Testing.
  • 2 years of experience in testing solutions integrated with AWS, Azure, OKTA or GCP.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute formal test strategy/plan.
  • Execute test cases and validate test results.
  • Provide technical support on Software Test Metrics.
  • Collect and analyze test metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate and lead testing for assigned projects.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine testing requirements.
  • Track and report QA metrics, including defects and test results.
  • Track project progress, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
  • Lead test engineering team and assign tasks.
  • Document and assist with resolution of complex problems/issues.
