Requirements:

• 4-6 years of project management experience at a creative agency managing digital and social content for clients.
• Experience providing guidance on creative briefs, building budgets and timelines, and reviewing creative work.
• Experience managing financial aspects of projects, including billable hours and expenses.
• Experience overseeing junior teammates and delegating tasks.
• Skills: ambitious, adaptable, organized, creative thinker, problem solver, inquisitive, collaborative, honest, and committed to DEI.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects across assigned accounts, spanning social, digital, PR, and integrated work.
• Oversee projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all requirements, timelines, and client objectives are met.
• Create detailed budgets, scopes of work, staff plans, and timelines for complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Track and manage client budgets, prepare burn reports, and forecast costs.
• Build and optimize project workflows using software like Smartsheet, Asana, or Wrike.
• Identify potential risks with team leads and address challenges.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency for future initiatives.
