Requirements:

• Strong work experience in relocation and global mobility, particularly in tech companies.
• Understanding of tech specialist roles and effective communication skills.
• Experience living or working in Poland, Spain, or Serbia.
• Knowledge of immigration and legal regimes, including visa and work permit processes.
• Strong experience managing external vendor relationships.
• Exceptional soft skills and strong organizational skills for logistical coordination.
• Internal communication skills to document and communicate relocation cases.
• Fluent in Russian and English.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update comprehensive relocation packages to align with business needs.
• Provide tailored support to key employees addressing their specific relocation needs.
• Handle employee relocation cases and improve guides on legal, tax, and compliance issues.
• Monitor employee requirements, propose solutions, and manage vendor relationships.
• Identify optimal locations for establishing legal entities in Europe based on employee input.
• Present budget-conscious relocation solutions and maintain accessible records.
• Advise candidates regarding relocation, legalization, and tax issues.
