Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or comparable experience required.
Minimum of 3-4 years related work experience.
Strong communication skills to work with various user groups.
Strong analytical skills for problem analysis and documentation.
Proven ability to understand business requirements and adapt to changes.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in .Net web application development and ASP.Net MVC framework.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with jQuery.
Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server and writing optimized SQL.
Entity framework experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop new and support existing applications used by Bright Horizons internal users and clients.
Design system enhancements and business process changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Critically evaluate business requirements and provide alternative solutions.
Collaborate with outside vendors in a shared development environment.
Work with Application Support, QA, and development teams on application issues.
Identify ways to improve efficiency and data completeness through system and process changes.
Act as a change agent to ensure successful implementation of new systems/processes.
