Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree.

Able to travel 100% and be mobile now and in the future.
Able to relocate anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM Partners.
Grow and foster partnerships.
Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met.
Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources.
Assist in product launches to ensure marketing and advertising are streamlined.
Monitor dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements.
Assist with dealership inventory management and vehicle/parts ordering.
Analyze dealer sales and local market to identify revenue opportunities.
Increase sales of GM vehicles and Accessory parts.
Assist in customer problem resolution.
Travel to dealers in the designated region.
