Requirements:

• Candidates with clinical credentials (PA, NP) and/or doctoral degree as either a Physician (MD or DO) or a Pharmacist (PharmD) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in direct patient care.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics concepts and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital health organizations and familiarity with healthcare data analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations.
• Experience in healthcare consulting or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the interface between RVO Health’s Medical Affairs team and the product teams of specific business verticals.
• Provide expert clinical guidance and support to product managers.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and refine the product suite.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical support processes and resources.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure clinical validity and accuracy.
• Serve as primary liaison for clinical inquiries from client clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with external subject matter experts to ensure validity of product features.
• Stay informed about industry trends and share insights.
• Assist in development of educational materials for client training.
