Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a Procurement Specialist/Senior Buyer (indirect procurement) working with Procure2Pay systems, ideally within IT.
- Excellent technical knowledge of various Procure2Pay systems.
- Planning and vendor agreements/contract management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze, organize, report data, prioritize, and problem-solve.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Experience working with senior internal stakeholders, Legal, and Security teams in vendor negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability in drafting and closing procurement contracts.
- Experience in driving compliance with Procurement policy.
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders across various functions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily procurement activities.
- Assist stakeholders with raising purchase requests.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and meet client objectives.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and conduct competitive bids.
- Support accounting teams with invoice discrepancies.
- Schedule vendor meetings and make independent business decisions.
- Lead negotiations for goods and services and draft SOWs.
- Guide internal stakeholders during the procurement process.
- Review purchase requisitions for proper documentation.
- Approve vendor setup requests and monitor onboarding.
- Provide procurement reporting to management.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.
- Provide training on Procure2Pay system.
