Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
• At least +8 years experience in a business analytics role and proven team management.
• High level of English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with the North American market is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics roles at top tech firms is significant advantage.
• Data-driven approach to strategic and business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing and influencing stakeholders.
• Understanding of coding languages like SQL, R, or Python is preferred.
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunity-seeker.

• Lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets.
• Create and develop a growth team to support business in the region.
• Own results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions within a business line.
• Participate in global projects impacting the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance overall company performance across departments creating new plans and events.
• Define and establish strategies to increase performance using analytical and strategic skills.
