Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.
• Efficient keyboard skills and basic computer skills.
• Automotive, RV, or Marine experience as a service writer, parts personnel, or technician.

Responsibilities:

• Adjudicate mechanical claims for Automotive, RV, and Marine claims.
• Address questions on claims or contracts.
• Work with Dealerships & Private Repair Centers to process claims.
• Process claims payments and cancellation quotes.
• Ensure that contract obligations are being fulfilled on repairs.
• Verify proper parts pricing.
• Verify customers are adhering to contract terms and vehicles maintained as required by the manufacturer and contract.
• Process maintenance claims.
• Assist supporting all incoming phone calls.
• Assist with all incoming claims by email and app submissions.
• Schedule repairs for ancillary claims.
• Pursue personal, professional development.
• Complete miscellaneous claims department tasks as needed daily.
