Requirements:

• Experience with Zuora development, including Product Catalog, workflows, Security, Notifications, and Invoice Templates.
• Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and solution design.
• Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation.
• Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports.
• Experience with customizing Zuora using the Zuora API and ZOQL.
• Lead and implemented Zuora Billing for 1 or more companies.
• 5+ years of experience with Zuora Billing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements related to Zuora Subscription Billing and Zuora Payment.
• Develop and configure Zuora’s Product Catalog, including rate plans and pricing models.
• Ensure security and integrity of Zuora’s environment with best practices.
• Customize Zuora using the API and ZOQL, and integrate with other financial platforms.
• Design and implement payment solutions using various methods.
• Manage notifications within Zuora for key events and updates.
• Design invoice templates in alignment with branding guidelines.
• Provide guidance on billing processes and lead solution workshops.
