Responsibilities:

  • Tracks all product-related line items for proof of delivery and follows up on unfulfilled items.
  • Reconciles vendor invoicing discrepancies.
  • Works closely with sales groups to ensure transactional contracts are complete and accurate.
  • Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external partners.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
