Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Experience in testing against feature stories (with or without defined requirements).
• Documenting test results in a structured, detailed fashion.
• Experience in browser/device testing and API testing.
• Developing QA plans for features or projects.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the testers' role in the process and usage of tools like JIRA.
• Ability to lead QA independently on a project and present the QA Test Plan.
• Managing a UAT on a project.
• At least 2 Salesforce certifications other than Admin.
• Knowledge of Einstein Chatbots and IVR (a plus).
• Experience in automation testing using any tool (a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Assessing requirements or features to identify areas to test.
• Writing test cases based on requirements, executing them, maintaining requirement traceability, logging JIRA.
• Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for defects and new requirements.
• Explaining the UAT testing process to the customer.
• Connecting with client/project teams for queries and issue prioritization.
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
• Participating in UAT bug triage meetings.
• Mentoring new hires and guiding them with their tasks.
