Requirements:

• 5+ years in Machine Learning model development with an emphasis on Feature Engineering.
• 3+ years supporting SaaS applications and experience with SaaS product teams.
• Strong knowledge of ML design principles and tools like Tensorflow, BiGML, Vertex AI, and Keras.
• Understanding of ML Systems Architecture and databases.
• 5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, R, and Git.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Agile environments.
• 3+ years of technical leadership in public cloud systems (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 3+ years delivering Hadoop or Spark systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and normalize data for ingestion and feature scaling.
• Design, implement, and test machine learning models.
• Employ statistical metrics to evaluate model performance and optimize it through cross-validation and hyperparameter tuning.
• Use regularization and ensemble learning to enhance accuracy and minimize overfitting.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in a cloud-based production environment.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure product integration.
