Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communication, instructional design, or related field, or 3+ years in a training and enablement role.
• Experience with video editing software such as Camtasia or ScreenFlow.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a bonus.
• Experience designing engaging adult learning experiences, including microlearning modules and video tutorials.
• Engaging presentation skills, both on-camera and off.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with course authoring tools like Articulate 360.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clear, actionable content to help customers achieve goals.
• Research, script, design, and present new webinars and workshops.
• Develop new eLearning courses.
• Record, edit, and create video content.
• Write customer-facing macros and emails to promote learning content.
• Drive projects and meet deadlines across various teams.
• Manage projects related to different business needs.
